Failure to meet all requirements set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of Emergency Medical Services could result in the postponement of your State Exam.

Tuition Refund Policy
If tuition is paid in full prior to the start date of your program depending on your session choice and you need to withdraw prior to this date you will be refunded the tuition amount minus the non-refundable first payment of $215.00.

• Withdrawal after the first class but before the second class begins a 50% reimbursement minus the non-refundable first payment of $215.00.
• Withdrawal after the second class but before the third class begins, a 20% reimbursement minus the non-refundable first payment of $215.00.
• No reimbursements will be issued there after.

Note: As part of this program, you will also be certified at the required Healthcare Provider CPR level. If you are currently certified at the American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR or American Red Cross Professional Rescuer CPR level, your card must be current throughout the EMT-Basic Program.
