AHA Instructor Training Registration

To reserve a space in the AHA Instructor Course, please complete and submit the registration form below. If payment is to be made by your employer or other agency, we require a purchase order or letter from your employer confirming and authorizing such arrangement and payment must be received prior to the course. We will need this confirmation at least one week prior to the start date of the first class.* Once your registration form and payment have been received and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your reserved seat in the course.

Tuition Refund Policy
If for any reason you would need to cancel your registration, we require a minimum of a 7 day notice to receive a full refund otherwise you are responsible for and will be billed the course total.
