AHA CPR & First Aid Instructor Training Registration

To reserve a space in the AHA CPR & First Aid Instructor Training Course , please complete this application and send your non-refundable tuition payment of $ 225.00 per person. We  accept MC/VISA/AX/Discover.

If payment is to be made by your employer or other agency, we require a purchase order or letter from your employer confirming and authorizing such arrangement. We will need this confirmation at least one week prior to the start date of the first class.*

Tuition Refund Policy
If for any reason you would need to cancel your registration, we require a minimum of a 7 day notice to receive a full refund otherwise you are responsible for and will be billed the course total.
